| Dear Parents and fellow members, I hope that you and your family had a wonderful summer and that everyone is looking forward to the new Karate year. We look forward to meeting our new members and their families and we welcome back our returning members too. Last year, we accomplished several events and tournaments. WSK Sekishinkan has achieved a total of 12 Gold, 17 Silver and 30 Bronze medals from tournaments. This is not just a personal achievement, but also a one of pride of our club. But this is only part of the journey and we do not have to stop here. The previous experience has already shown us how capable we all are of accomplishing our goals when we commit ourselves to it. |  |
I hope all of us can take this accomplishment as an example of how anything is truly possible when we put our minds to it. As we all continue in our lives, let us take each new problem and challenge on with confidence, knowing that we have achieved great heights and are equipped with the necessary tools to tackle our futures.
The road that lies ahead won’t be easy. There will be obstacles and missed exits, potholes and roadblocks. There will be times when we will feel like we cannot possibly go on. However, you are not alone. We are all on this journey together. Let us hold our hands and build up another history in the Karate year of 2023-2024. Osu!
