 Dear Parents and fellow Karatedo-ka,

Welcome Back!
I hope you are enjoying a wonderful summer. I also hope you are relaxed, recharged and ready to start a new Karate year. I am so delighted that you are part of our amazing team. I welcome and value your positive energy and dedication to excellence in Karate training, and I look forward to working with you and your children.

New Name
We are officially changing our name to "Sekishinkan". "Seki" means red, warm; "Shin" means heart. Both "Seki-shin" together means "a pure and genuine heart as it was born”. We hope that our Karate spirit continues with a warm, pure heart with the common goals of nurturing responsible, caring and promoting high-level of Goju-Ryu Karate.

We are still a member of World Shoseikan Karate under the direction of Ishihara Kancho. Everything remains the same, except with a new name. We thank you for your continuously support.

Dojo Facilities and Schedule
We will restart our Dojo training in September 2021. Please note, we still require everyone maintaining social distance, use the hand sanitizer and wear a mouth cover (face shield or mouth mask) while in the Dojo. Online classes would not be available. We encourage all of you coming back to the Dojo for training.

Thank you so much for being positive with your family and child under this critical period. None of us has these experience and we all are learning from it.

I eagerly look forward to greeting you and your family again. It remains an honor and privilege to serve as your Chief Instructor. Together, I know we will make this Karate year one of growth and achievement for all members.
