Program

Free Trial Class Information

Participants should be wearing a T-shirt and long, soft pants for the Free Trial Class. We recommended bringing a towel and a bottle of water as well.
Mouth and nose covered masks are optional for everyone within the facility and outside of the parking lot. If you are sick or have any symptoms, please do not come to the class.
Parents and Spectators are not allowed to stay and watch, except with the permission of the Chief Instructor.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the class; otherwise, you might not be allowed to join when the class has started.
We will email you to confirm the date and time you can attend for a free trial.
We reserve the right to refuse any participant or visitor, without necessarily giving any reason.

Consent and Agreement

I acknowledge and understand that Karate is a martial art and might contain risks of injury. By participating and training with WSK Sekishinkan Karate, I agree to be responsible for all risks.

I do hereby declare myself to be physically sound and suffering from no condition, impairment, disease, infirmly or illness that would prevent, or increase the risk of injury while participating with WSK Sekishinkan Karate.

I understand and voluntarily assume full responsible for all the actions and behaviors during training with WSK Sekishinkan Karate, which includes any damages or harms to any equipment, properties or other individuals.

I understand while all possible precautions are taken place, WSK Sekishinkan Karate, the chief instructor, instructors, assistants, Dojo-in-charge and any related authorities should bear no responsibilities for any accidents, which may occur before, during or after the training.

I understand, the purpose of this agreement is to exempt, waive and relieve releases from liability for personal injury, property damage, and wrongful death, including if caused by negligence, including the negligence, if any, of releases. “Releasees” include WSK Sekishinkai Karate, the chief instructor, instructors, its affiliate associations, local associations, member teams, event hosts, other participants, coaches, officials, sponsors, advertisers, owners and operators of the premises used to conduct any event and each of them, their officers, directors, agents and employees.

I understand that Sekishinkan Karate is an independent organization. It reserves the right and has its sole decision to accept or reject any member's application and registration without necessarily giving any reason. I understand, that attending a free trial class does not mean an acceptance as a Sekishinkan member.
